We aim to offer the best service for all our customers no matter how small or big the order is! We are a small and new seller but will do our best to offer you reasonable prices while keeping quality high.

Our Store Policies:

• ✔ Bricks listed as new have never been assembled or used in any other way.
• ✔ New bricks and Used bricks are kept completely separate.
• ✔ Used bricks are in generally good condition, has no cracks, big scratches or other issues.
• ✔ All items are shipped in a box or padded envelope.
• ✔ All unique pieces are packaged in individual bags.
• ✔ Minifigures are packaged in individual bags.
• ✔ All orders are shipped out the next day or on Monday if the order is placed during the weekend.
• ✔ For delivery outside EU, any Customs fees that apply locally to you are payable by you.

We do our best to make sure each and every order has no missing pieces or that all the pieces are in good condition. But we are humans and we might do an error once in a while. In this case please contact us and we will send you replacement parts or give you a coupon.
